East-West Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is Milwaukee County’s planned 9-mile regional, modern transit service connecting downtown Milwaukee, Milwaukee’s Near West Side, Marquette University, Wauwatosa and the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center.
Although on-site crews may occasionally communicate specific impacts to your property, a general outline of what to expect in the coming weeks is listed below:

- Install permanent traffic control at Stations 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19
- Install 12” pavement at Stations 3, 4, 5, 6
- Install sidewalk at Stations 5, 6, 7
- Install snowmelt, pull boxes and grounding ring and snowmelt inspection at Stations 7, 8, 9
- Survey Stations 7, 9, 10
- Form and pour curb and gutter and install ramp and steps at Stations 7, 9
- Pour platform at Station 8
- Grading at Stations 8, 10, 11
- Connect trenchdrain at Station 10
- Tree removal at Station 11
- Install conduit at Stations 12, 14, 17
- Regrade and form platform at Station 14
- Conduit inspection at Station 17
- Survey platform at Stations 18, 19
- Common excavation, install base course and street light relocate at Station 19
Week of September 27:

- Backfill and restoration and open roadway at Stations 3, 4, 5
- Install 12” pavement at Station 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
- Snowmelt inspection at Station 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17
- Install sidewalk, ramp and steps at Station 7, 8, 9, 10
- Install snowmelt, pull boxes and grounding ring at Station 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17
- Survey Station 8
- Form and pour curb and gutter at Station 8, 9, 10
- Form platform at Station 11, 12, 17, 19
- Pour platform at Station 11, 14
- Grading at Station 11
- Install conduit and regrade Station 12, 17, 19
- Common excavation, survey, install base course and remove concrete pavement at Station 15
